Just like you, she has experienced diet culture & toxic fitness first hand.  She is on a mission to help you relearn & unlearn what society has been telling us we 'should' do.

I rarely wear my contacts.
I've played soccer in England, Holland, Australia, New Zealand & Disney World.
Total foodie.
I'm not a coffee drinker.
I want to visit all of the US National Parks.
