Positive Fitness:

'I'm looking forward to working out!'
'I *get* to work out!'
'I can't wait to be with my gym buddies!'
'I love the way this makes me feel!'
'I'm so thankful for my amazing, strong body!'

 

Negative Fitness:

'I'm working out to 'burn off' that donut.'
'Ugh I *have* to go to gym.'
'Working out is a punishment for eating 'bad'.'
'I hate my body.'

Having positive thoughts & actions will result in positive results.
